Slack member ID Leave blank to be found by your email address — that works when your Slack account uses the same one. If it does not, open your Slack profile → ⋮ → Copy member ID and paste it here. No Slack at all? Leave it blank: anything Trellis cannot deliver on Slack is emailed to you instead.

Two-factor authentication

Require an authenticator app They will be walked through setup — QR code and recovery codes — the next time they open Trellis. Until then nothing changes for them.

Product data

Product data editor Can be assigned product data jobs. Without this they will not appear in the Assigned picker.

Linnworks

Auto-sync their edits to Linnworks Pushes this person's SKU name and weight changes — and the items they bulk-add — to the mapped Linnworks item. Off by default.

Private clients

Private client rep Makes them selectable when assigning a client. Separate from the private client permissions, which control who can reach the ordering screens at all.

Their client tag

Goes on this rep's clients in Shopify, so a customer record shows whose they are. Free text — it has to match whatever is already on customers there, so it is not generated from their name.

Slack member ID

Only needed when Slack cannot find them by their email address — when their Slack account uses a different one. Leave blank otherwise, and leave it blank if they have no Slack at all: anything Trellis cannot deliver on Slack is emailed instead. In Slack: their profile → ⋮ → Copy member ID. They can also set this themselves under My Settings.
