Trellis Clock
The app-wide "now" every schedule-sensitive function reads (wall time corrected by measured Postgres skew). Shift or freeze it here to test scheduled boundaries — e.g. jump to 30s before a Marathon auto-start — instead of waiting for the wall clock. Overrides auto-expire and reach the worker within ~15s.
