Admin / Precoro Receipts

Pulls the most recent unsynced receipts from every configured Precoro instance (Last Bottle, First Bottle, Last Bubbles, Two Tier), reads each line item's Alcohol (abv) and weight Item Custom Fields, and writes them to the matching SKU. Each receipt is recorded per store so the next pull continues where this one left off.
