Open Order Pool
Every open order sits in exactly one tranche: the best-ranked tranche identifier it carries. Blocked orders (holds, parked, already in a wave) stay out of a block. Every wave is 120 units · 90 min; pickers are counted live. WEATHER HOLD is a release tranche: it lists weather-held orders and a block from it lifts that hold.

Bulk Lane
Lanes open when a Daily Offer ends. Each is counted until its DAILY OFFER identifier settles, checked for readiness, and the people with the send grant are told. Choose a ready lane to allocate stock and build its waves; nothing is sent without a click.

Stock Allocation / Start Run
Allocate Stock assigns stock in Linnworks to the ticked states' orders that need inventory, then counts again.
Start Run plans the ticked states' ready orders into pick waves. It writes nothing to Linnworks.
